Palm Harbor FL Real Estate Made EASY
Palm Harbor was sup
posed to be one of the original towns in the St. Petersburg / Clearwater area, but it is a town in name only. In the 1880s the real estate area was plotted for a city to be named Sutherland. The area changed its name to Palm Harbor in 1925, but the depression kept it from developing into a city and it was never incorporated in Pinellas County. However, it is a thriving community with more than 65,000 residents and great natural beauty. Today the city thrives on its small-town charm. Most of the downtown has been restored and many historical pieces are on display in the area's historical museum. Palm Harbor has three fine arts, crafts and music festivals annually: The Palm Harbor Arts, Palm Harbor Day in May, and Crafts & Music Festival held in December and the Downtown Merchants Arts, Crafts and Music Festival in February. I highly recommend Palm Harbor real estate, take it from someone who actually lives in the area! While you are here search for homes in Palm Harbor neighborhoods. You will find they are very affordable. Also available are a few luxury homes. As you can see, whatever you want in a home, we have it -- from townhomes to condos and villas, to waterfront property, it's all right here.
